Bumstead Sandwiches
- 1 (7 oz) can tuna, drained
- 1/4 lb. cheese (1 cup, cubed)
- 2 T. chopped olives
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 T. chopped onion
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 2 T. chopped green bell pepper
- 2 T. sweet pickle relish
- 8 hot dog buns
- Combine ingredients. Mix lightly.
- Split buns and fill. Wrap in foil.
- Bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes.
