Spiced Pumpkin Cake

- 1 box spice cake mix

- 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix

- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1 cup canned pumpkin

- 4 eggs

- 1/2 cup oil

- 1/2 cup water

- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

- Stir together cake mix, pudding mix, and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl.

- Add pumpkin, eggs, oil, water, and nuts (if using). Mix well.

- Pour mixture into greased bundt cake pan.

- Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.

- Remove from oven and place on a cooling rack for 30 minutes.

- Turn onto cake plate. Frost, if desired.
